We home deliver your order direct to your doorstep. We use a sealed white cardboard box and encourage the recycling of these boxes, so leave the empty ones out and we‘ll collect next time we deliver. We aim to keep plastic bags to bare minimum as well. Online orders with home delivery have a minimum spend of just $35 (no minimum spend for pick-up orders)..

We deliver 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday with a range of delivery windows available, including early evening (6:00pm to 8:00pm) so you can find a time that suits you.
Pick-up is available everyday during our standard opening hours.
Orders received by 4pm can be delivered/collected as early as the next day. Orders received after 4pm can be delivered from to the following delivery day. If, for circumstances outside our control, we’re unable to deliver your order when specified, we‘ll notify you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable time for delivery.
At the moment we offer home delivery to the below suburbs. If you don’t live in one of these suburbs fret not! We’re looking to expand our delivery range in the coming months so please feel free to contact us and register your interest today. That way we can stay in touch and let you know when our delivery zone expands.

There may be times when, despite our best efforts, we’re unable to deliver your order as promised, under these circumstances, we’ll notify you as soon as we can to explain and arrange an alternative delivery time.
We cannot exchange or refund goods due to the perishable nature of our product and local health and safety laws, so please choose carefully.
We will replace any order that has reached you in an unacceptable condition. However, we can’t be held responsible if you’re not present when your order is delivered. Please ensure you get your order delivered when it can be accepted.
We can only refund your order if it hasn’t yet shipped. Once your order has left the shop we can no longer refund. Let our customer service know as soon as you are able if you wish to cancel your order and we can confirm if the order has left.
In order for your order to be processed you must pay using a credit card via our online checkout process.

Our store opening hours are;

For online orders with in-store pick-up our open hours are as per our store open hours listed above.
What if I am unhappy with an order or an item?
If an item is damaged we typically replace the item according to our policy on damaged goods. However, if you have orderd the wrong item we cannot promise to exchange the item because most of our items are perishible and cannot be exchanged according to health and safety laws (refer to our policy on returns & exchanges).

What is your minimum order that you will deliver?
You must order at least $35.00 to qualify for home delivery. You can however order less than $35.00 if you are picking up from our shop
Can I send an order and collect it from the store?
Most defintely! We would love to see you. Just order online and select in store pickup in our checkout screen. If you are picking up instore you still have pay at the online checkout with VISA/MASTERCARD.
